Governance & Management

KGRTC is governed by a regional Board of Trustees (BOT) - with members drawn from Malawi, Eswatini, Tanzania, Zambia, and Zimbabwe - which meets quarterly in Zambia and once in a quarter in the host country of the non-Zambian Trustees. The BOT functions with four main committees, all chaired by non-Zambian Trustees. Five Senior Executives make up the management team, which is responsible for all the day-to-day activities that take place at KGRTC.
