KGRTC is governed by a regional Board of Trustees (BOT) - with members drawn from Malawi, Eswatini, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe - which meets quarterly in Zambia and once in a quarter in the host country of the non-Zambian Trustees.
The BOT functions with four main committees, all chaired by non-Zambian Trustees. Five Senior Executives make up the management team, which is responsible for all the day to day activities that take place at KGRTC.
ISO Management Standards
KGRTC offers consultancy in developing tailor-made Quality Management Systems (QMS) based on ISO management standards with the ultimate aim of helping your organisation fulfil the tasks required to achieve your objectives. KGRTC assist’s organisations in developing and applying standard policies, processes and procedures. We have a reputation of creating excellent tools used for improving performance, increasing customer satisfaction and maintaining regulatory compliance.
