Eng. Dean L. Musukwa is a Senior Consultant - Projects and Consultancy, at KGRTC, and holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering. Dean is currently pursuing a Masters in Renewable Energy. He has over twelve (12) years of experience in the energy sector training, consultancy and projects at KGRTC, and a total of nineteen (19) years of engineering practice in industry, in technical design, operation and maintenance fields and management. Dean performs technical training, research, consultancy and projects in hydropower, wind energy, solar PV, energy efficiency management, energy auditing, maintenance management, and others. He has worked  on curriculum and course development assignments for competence based training programmes for the energy sector and allied disciplines. He has worked on teams for implementing and operationalizing ISO Management System Standards, including ISO 9001 quality management systems and ISO50001 energy management systems.
