Maureen holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Administration and has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resource Management, General Administration, Labour Management Relations and Human Resource Training and Development. She has been actively involved in conducting training for various sectors of industry; with particular focus on Strategic Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, Employee Relations, Negotiation Skills, Presentation Skills, Educational Psychology, training of trainers, and leadership and management skills. Maureen has been involved in development of training programs and training materials for courses at various levels. Her experience in training delivery spans over fifteen (15) years. She also has wide experience in corporate governance and policy development and has served at senior management level for over ten (10) years. Maureen is Head of Human Capital and Administration at KGRTC and the Board Secretary for the KGRTC Board of Trustees.
