Kafue Gorge Regional Training Centre hosted an in-person stakeholder consultation workshop under the FACE–NDC project, focused on strengthening renewable energy training for climate change mitigation.

Held at the Southern Sun Ridgeway Hotel, the workshop brought together key stakeholders to review and provide input into proposed renewable energy training curricula — including solar PV systems, clean cooking technologies, biogas systems, energy efficiency, and renewable energy financing.

The session created a valuable platform for dialogue, collaboration, and knowledge sharing, ensuring that training programmes respond to real sector needs while supporting Zambia’s climate commitments and energy transition goals.
