KGRTC Attend Chartered Institute of Customer Managent Conference

This week we attended the  Chartered Institute of Customer Management (CICM) conference. 

This was an important interaction because being a SADC (Southern African Development Community), APUA (Association of Power Utilities in Africa) and TEVETA (Technical Education, Vocational and Entrepreneurship Training Authority) Centre of Excellence, our customers are at the Centre of our business, and a key stakeholder. 

The main theme was *CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.** A lot of topics were discussed in line with the theme. We are excited about the new insight and enhanced perspective on customer relations.
