The Kafue Gorge Regional Training Centre (KGRTC) of Zambia and ZESA Holdings (Private) Limited have today Tuesday 31st January 2023 signed a Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation in areas of mutual interest. The two parties intend to cooperate in areas of training, research, and consultancy activities encompassing the articulation of economic, social, and technological development that affects educational opportunities.

The signing ceremony took place at the ZESA Holdings Headquarters in Harare, Zimbabwe. Mr Davies Chinkusu, The Director of KGRTC signed on behalf of KGRTC and Mr ET Chikwenhere, The ZESA Holdings Group Financial Controller representing the Executive Chairman signed on behalf of ZESA Holdings. The ceremony was witnessed by officials from ZESA Holdings and KGRTC.

The memorandum of Understanding is designed to facilitate the smooth collaborative system of information and technology transfer between ZESA Holdings, a state-owned company whose task is to generate, transmit, and distribute electricity in Zimbabwe, and KGRTC.
