Today KGRTC launched Power Quality & System Stability training Onsite in Luanda, Angola with 23 course participants in attendance. 

Power Quality and System Stability (PQSS) is a course development under the Skills for Energy in Southern Africa (SESA) project and provides participants with the necessary skills to ensure the quality of power and stability of the system is assured.
