    Formal Graduation Ceremonies are conducted at the end of every course. Course delegates are clad in formal graduation gowns and awarded Certificates accordingly.

    The Africa Hall Conference room sits 150 delegates. Well equipped with Digital Screen, Cable TV set, Public Address (PA) System, Flip Charts and Board Markers. In addition we have other meeting rooms; The Board Room, Class rooms and Straw Huts for smaller groups or discussion groups and all have state-of-the-art equipments

The Training Advisory Committee (TAC) which comprises selected representatives from electricity utilities, water utilities, mining companies, training regulatory authorities, Universities and other related to the training programmes offered at KGRTC. The Centre holds two TAC meetings annually to review the implementation of courses and also review stakeholders' requirements in order to ensure that the Centre continues to offer adequate and competitive specialist hydro power training based on continuous training needs analyses and feedback from utilities.

Currently the TAC comprises of members from Uganda Electricity Transmission Company Limited (UETCL), Swaziland Electricity Company (ZPC), Tanzania Electricity Company Limited (TANESCO), Zesco Limited, Lunsemfwa Hydro Power Company (LHPC), Copperbelt Energy Cooperation (CEC), Lusaka Water and Sewerage Company (LWSC), Nkana Water and Sewerage Company (NWSC), National Water and Sanitation Council (NWASCO), Konkola Copper Mines Plc (KCM), The University of Zambia (UNZA), The Copperbelt University (CBU) and the Technical Educational, Vocational and Entrepreneurship Training Authority (TEVETA)-Zambia
