The Registrar is the Head of Human Resource and Administration department. This department is responsible for the human resource functions such as recruitment, sourcing and hiring, staff welfare etc. The department facilitates securing of guest VISA for all guests from outside Zambia. The department is also in charge of transport and logistics.
