Mr. Brian H M Makungo is the Training Manager of the Centre. The Training Manager is the Head of the Training Department and is the Quality Management System's Management Representative (MR). The Training department is responsible for all course delivery activities, Maintenance of the Centre's infrastructure, Information and Communication Systems and Quality Management System supervision.
